Hotel concepts are a trend of recent years and in this complex we are focusing on the target audience of millennials: people from 25 to 40 years old who do not necessarily come to the island on vacation – on the contrary, their goal may be a change of scenery as part of remote work or a desire to see friends.

In this project, the infrastructure is raised to the absolute and in addition to a 65-meter long swimming pool, several restaurants and cafes, a huge number of public spaces, a fitness room, a coworking space with separate meeting rooms and a SPA, there is also a large conference room for holding mass events, as well as a studio for recording podcasts.

The average bill for our projects is about $ 300,000, but in this project, units start from $ 139,200 for 34 sq.m, which is a very affordable offer for the hotel concept format.
And in general, in addition to its own infrastructure, the hotel is located in the very epicenter of the Uluwatu area, and despite the proximity to the ocean (the project is 1200 meters from the water), all important bars, restaurants and entertainment venues are within walking distance.
