The Outstanding House of Achievement

The outstanding house “Achievement” stands on the shore of a green sea of ​​parks of 651 hectares, so you will breathe clean air, as if you live outside the city. Near the house there is the magnificent park “Ostankino” with a noble estate of the 17th-19th centuries, the largest botanical garden in Europe and the city amusement park VDNKh – the most famous place of rest and entertainment in Russia. In addition, the house “Achievement” has its own landscaped courtyard of 1.7 hectares.

The house is located 700 m from the metro station “Butyrskaya”. From it only 3 metro stops – and you are on Tsvetnoy Boulevard, and the Garden Ring is only 5 km by car.

The architecture of “Achievement” is a modern interpretation of the solemn and elegant Art Deco style. Elements of neoclassical style: cornices, bay windows, arches, balconies with decorative metal grilles and soaring peaks – everything gives the house a special solemnity and emphasizes its beauty. The house will have 6 entrances. The number of floors is from 21 to 28, which will provide panoramic views of the city.
